Not only is the Niagara Region home to one of the world’s most spectacular natural features- the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve of which the mighty Niagara Falls are a part of, but we are also famous for the many parks, nature preserves and world class Golf Courses. Niagara is home to 48 golf courses; making Niagara the biggest concentration of golf courses anywhere in the Canada. It is no wonder that Niagara is Canada’s Golf Capital. The Niagara Region has golf courses for all preferences; whether you want a quick nine at a course like Niagara Park’s Oak Hall , just a two minute drive from the Tower, or a long golf game at the world class Niagara Park’s Golf Courses, the Grand Niagara in Niagara on the Lake or maybe Peninsula Lakes in Pelham all driving distance from the Skylon Tower. Every city in the region has a golf course that any skill level player will enjoy playing on. Niagara has something for everyone ( yes even the mini-golf player).
Although the immaculately kept golf courses in Niagara Falls ON and the Niagara Region are a great place to play a few rounds, that’s not the only reason golfing in Niagara should be put into your holiday schedule.
