Few things pair better with the cool and crisp autumn weather than a warm hearty meal. And what pairs better with a warm hearty meal than Niagara’s own quality wine? How about a 360 degree view of Niagara Falls? At 775 feet above the brink, you can bet the Skylon Tower’s Revolving Dining Room has the most spectacular view of Niagara and its cityscape.

What could be more fitting than a piping bowl of soup to warm you up?

Skylon Tower’s Famous French Onion Soup: a popular choice of delicious sherry-laced consommé over glazed Spanish onions, “au gratin” with Gruyere Cheese.

Mediterranean Seafood Chowder: is another satisfier, full of Atlantic lobster, crab and ocean clams and diced vegetables.

Or maybe you just want some meat …

Duck Pastrami: one of the tastiest starters on our menu, in-house cured and smoked muscovy duck breast, drizzled with honey mustard.

Filet Mignon “Béarnaise”:  for a next-level dining experience, pair this meal with a nice Hillebrand Trius Merlot. Imagine the finest cut of beef tenderloin cooked to order, served with a mouthwatering béarnaise sauce.

Mediterranean Chicken: sink into savoury chicken, topped with tomatoes, feta, bell peppers, onions, basil and oregano in dressing, with a side of rice pilaff. Pair with some Crush Pinot Grigio and experience the meaning of comfort food.

Seafood Pasta: tiger shrimps, sea scallops, fresh mussels, calamari, bell peppers and mushrooms freshly sautéed and served on a bed of linguine in light cream sauce. Up the ante with some Hillebrand Trius Chardonnay.

Vegetable Medley: feast upon battered and sautéed eggplant, garnished with vegetables and mozzarella cheese, topped with light plum tomato sauce. Make it a match with Cave Spring Pinot Noir.

Grilled Vegetables “Stroffolino”: this vegan selection offers layers of freshly grilled peppers, zucchini, eggplant, red oniion, and shiitake mushrooms, served with sliced tofu. This dish likes to cozy up with a glass or two of Hernder Estate Riesling.
