Not only is the Niagara Region home to one of the world’s most spectacular natural features- the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve of which the mighty Niagara Falls are a part of, but we are also famous for the many parks, nature preserves and world class Golf Courses. Niagara is home to 48 golf courses; making Niagara the biggest concentration of golf courses anywhere in the Canada. It is no wonder that Niagara is Canada’s Golf Capital. The Niagara Region has golf courses for all preferences; whether you want a quick nine at a course like Niagara Park’s Oak Hall , just a two minute drive from the Tower, or a long golf game at the world class Niagara Park’s Golf Courses, the Grand Niagara in Niagara on the Lake or maybe Peninsula Lakes in Pelham all driving distance from the Skylon Tower. Every city in the region has a golf course that any skill level player will enjoy playing on. Niagara has something for everyone ( yes even the mini-golf player).
Although the immaculately kept golf courses in Niagara Falls ON and the Niagara Region are a great place to play a few rounds, that’s not the only reason golfing in Niagara should be put into your holiday schedule. Niagara golf courses provide state of the art facilities, which include putting ranges to practice on, modernized golf carts, beverage and snack carts throughout the golf course, the courses are all well designed with the utmost care and attention to detail. The one other important thing that makes golfing in Niagara great is the wonderful and friendly staff at each and every one of Niagara’s golf courses; making players of all skill levels feel welcomed.
During your next Niagara Falls vacation, be sure to check out the various golf courses that Niagara has to offer.
